Intranet
The whole life of the company in one place: tasks, documents, shifts, requests, training and chats. In the browser for the office, on the phone for everyone on the floor.
How a company runs without a portal
Ten tools, and none of them holds the full picture
Tasks in a messenger, orders in email, the rota on paper, requests spoken aloud. While the information lives in different places, nobody knows for certain who is responsible or whether it is done.

An instruction dissolves in a chat
Said in a group chat means said to nobody. A week later there is no author, no deadline and no status.
Everyone was informed, nothing can be proven
The order went out; some read it, some did not. In an audit or a dispute nobody holds the evidence.
Requests travel through people
Leave and certificates are asked for in person. The request lives in a chat rather than in a system, and is easily lost.
Every branch invents its own way
Across a dozen locations the rules drift apart: a private spreadsheet, a private rota, a private version of the policy.
How it works
One login — and from there everyone sees their own
The portal does not force everyone into the same workflow: a director, a supervisor and a floor employee see different screens over the same data.
An employee signs in once and lands in their own section: tasks, shifts, documents and requests — no separate password per tool.
Work
Tasks, approvals and requests travel a route with an owner and a deadline. Everything is on a board rather than in a chat.
Shift
The rota and check-ins live in one place: who is on shift right now and who missed it is visible in real time.
Training
Policies and tests are assigned to people. Who passed and who did not is visible without manual checking.
Reporting
Management gets a view by company, site or person. Nothing is collected twice — the data is already in the system.
What’s inside
A portal people actually use, not one they open monthly

Instructions with a deadline and an owner
A task board per company and per site: who assigned it, who is doing it, what is overdue. Nothing gets lost in a chat.
Acknowledgement on record
Orders and policies are sent to named people and the act of reading is recorded. You can see who has not yet acknowledged.
Requests without walking the corridors
Leave, a certificate, a resignation — the request follows an approval route and stays in the employee’s history.
Rota and attendance
The schedule per site and the actual check-ins in one place: plan and fact reconcile themselves.
Org chart and profiles
Who reports to whom, who holds which role and how to reach them — current, not a faded chart on the wall.
Tests and assessments
Knowledge checks on your policies with a result per employee — training becomes measurable.
What the manager sees
The state of the company without asking for a report
A manager does not have to message chats and wait for a summary: the view by site, department or person is built from everyday work.
| Site | On shift | Tasks | Documents | Requests | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Khazar | 12 of 12 | 4 open | all read | 1 | Normal |
| Yasamal | 9 of 10 | 6 open | 2 unread | — | Attention |
| Nasimi | 11 of 11 | 2 open | all read | 2 | Normal |
| Office | 18 of 20 | 9 open | all read | 3 | Normal |
Lateness and absence by site
The planned rota against actual check-ins: the conversation with a site rests on data, not on complaints.
Tasks that stalled
Overdue instructions gather in their own list — by owner and by department.
Staff movement
Hires, transfers, exits and requests — the history for every employee is kept in the system.
How it is rolled out
A portal shaped to your structure, not a boxed product
The system runs in a food service network: a dozen sites, several hundred employees, three languages. Below: what is included and what is configured for you.
The portal core
Tasks, documents, HR requests, news, org chart, chats and training — with access separated by role and by site.
- Permissions down to a single action: own, own site, whole company
- A multilingual interface for a mixed team
- Notifications about tasks and requests into your work messenger
- A history per employee: from hiring to assessment
The mobile side
An app for people who do not work at a desk: shifts, check-ins, tasks and documents on the phone.
- A shift check-in tied to the location
- Tasks and HR requests straight from the app
- Push notifications instead of calls and messages
- App updates without a trip to the app store
Your own processes
From there the portal grows into whatever matters to your company — from time tracking to internal analytics.
- Working-time accounting from biometric terminals
- Approval routes shaped to your reporting structure
- Data exchange with accounting and payroll
- Internal analytics by site, shift and person
Perimeter
Access by role, not by trust
The portal holds HR data, documents and conversations. So the question is not what someone sees on screen, but what the server hands to that person at all.
A closed door, not a hidden button
The permission check sits on the server on every request. Hiding a menu item and denying access are different things; we do the second.
Another branch stays invisible
A site manager sees their own team and documents. A neighbouring site’s data opens neither through search nor by a direct link.
A dismissal takes effect at once
Permissions are removed immediately rather than after the person signs out. A departing employee loses access that minute.
Your server or ours
The portal is deployed in your infrastructure or on a dedicated server. HR data never leaves the chosen boundary.
Next step
We start with two sections, not with everything at once
A portal is not rolled out whole in a day. We take what hurts most — usually tasks and documents — and add the rest as the team settles in.
Structure
We set up sites, roles and permissions: who reports to whom and who sees what.
First sections
We launch tasks and documents and wire up notifications. The team adapts within a week.
Growth
Shifts, training, the mobile app and data exchange with your existing systems.
