Business automation and optimization
An engineering studio in Baku. We build software for companies with multiple locations and sites: time tracking, photo reports, inventory, an employee portal.
What we automate
You can see what happens at every location
A manager knows who is on shift, whether a site has been cleaned and where the stock went — without driving out.
Who is on shift — at a glance
Check-in by face at a terminal or from a phone. A night shift that runs past midnight counts as one shift. At 6 pm the manager gets a report in Telegram.
Cleaning shows up in photos
The employee photographs the site before and after. Every photo carries place and time. The client gets one report package: Excel, PDF and photos.
You cannot issue more than you have
Request, supplier order, receiving and stocktake — in one system. A supervisor sees only their own sites.
For employees
Tasks, documents and shifts — in one place
Frontline staff often have no work email. So they sign in to the portal with a phone number.
Sign-in by phone number
Tasks, HR requests, shifts and timesheets. The whole interface is in three languages.
You can see who read it
A document with an “acknowledged” mark: you see who opened it and when. A dismissed employee loses access the same minute.
One card moves a request through departments
A request from the website becomes a card on its own. Sales, engineering and management share one history, and the software totals the estimate.
Honest statuses
What runs, what is ready, what we can build
We keep apart what clients use every day and what we can build for a specific task.
In daily use
Systems people use every day.
- Face-based time tracking
- Shift check-in from a phone
- Photo reports from sites
- Inventory by site
- QR guest feedback
- Employee portal
- Websites
Built, rolling out
Runs on a test stand, we switch it on at the site.
- CRM: requests across departments and estimates
We can build it for you
Tried ourselves or in a pilot — built around the client’s process.
- Camera at the cash desk — pilot at one location
- Online booking for salons and clinics
- AI assistant over your documents
- Portal helper
How we work
Four weeks to launch
This is how we plan a project. After launch we stay close.
Week 1 · discovery and plan
We learn how work runs at your locations and agree on the first version.
Week 2 · mockups
We show the screens before writing code.
Week 3 · build
We build the system and walk through it as an employee would.
Week 4 · launch
We switch it on at one location, then at the rest.
Principles
What we stand on
Every action leaves a trace
A photo with place and time, an “acknowledged” mark, a “who changed what” log. Nothing to argue about — it is all on record.
Data and access stay with you
Each client has their own system and their own database. Your server or ours — you decide.
AI where it pays off
We tell you where it saves time and where it is not needed. Our assistant on sci-fi.az runs on a local model: conversations do not go to third-party AI services.
We say “no” plainly
We do not quote a price before we talk, and we do not promise what we have not done.
Next step
Tell us how work runs at your locations
We start with one location: that is the fastest way to see what works and what to fix.
Conversation
We find where time is lost and what the manager cannot see.
Pilot
One location, one process. We compare it with how you work today.
The other locations
We extend the system without reinstalling it.
