Privacy Policy
What data Sci-Fi receives, why it is needed and how to delete it. No legal filler.
What we receive
- From the site form and the assistant chat: your name, contact details and the text of your request — whatever you typed yourself.
- Assistant conversations are kept so a manager can see the point of the discussion instead of asking again.
- If you hire us to run your social media, we get access to your Instagram and Facebook pages: we publish posts and read reach and engagement figures. Private messages and passwords are not shared with us.
Why
- To answer your request, prepare a proposal and run the project.
- Social media access is used only for the work you asked for: publishing posts and reporting on them.
Who we share with
- We never sell your data or pass it on for advertising. Only the people working on your project see it.
- Publishing goes through official Meta interfaces — there is no other way to post. No advertising pixels or third-party analytics are installed on this site.
Where and how long
- Requests stay on our server while the work is running and for a reasonable period afterwards for support.
- Social media materials and statistics stay on studio machines. The language models that draft texts and images run locally: your materials do not leave for external services.
How to delete your data
- Write to info@sci-fi.az from the address or number you contacted us with and say what should be deleted. We remove it within thirty days and confirm by reply.
- You can revoke social media access yourself at any time: Facebook settings, Business Integrations, Remove. Our access ends immediately.
Your rights
- You may ask what data we hold about you, correct it or demand deletion. We answer to the same message.
