CRM panels
Not a box that forces you to bend your process, but a panel built around it — assembled from blocks already running for our clients.

Why an off-the-shelf CRM does not stick
Either the process bends to the system, or nobody opens the system
Boxed systems are written for an average business. Yours works differently — and then the choice is to reshape the company around someone else’s logic, or slide back into spreadsheets and chats.
Half the fields are not about you
People fill in what they do not need and cannot find what they do. Within a month the system lives one life and the work another.
Every tweak is an invoice and months
Changing one approval step in someone else’s platform costs more than building that step from scratch. Development stops.
Excel comes back on its own
Whatever is awkward in the system migrates into a spreadsheet and a chat. Six months later the real records are there again.
The database is not yours
Clients, orders and history sit in a third-party service. The fee grows, and the “just in case” export turns out incomplete.
How we do it
Assembled from what exists, with only the differences written
Order tracking, approvals, documents, roles and notifications are things we have already built and keep in production. For a new client the rules change, not the foundation — which is why it takes weeks.
Analysis
We look at how the process runs today: who creates, who approves, where it stumbles and which documents come out at the end.
Blocks
We pick the ready parts — orders, catalogue, clients, approvals, documents, reports — and strip out what you do not need.
Rules
We configure what is unique: approval routes, statuses, permissions and printable forms for your paperwork.
Launch
The panel goes live on one process with real data. The team works inside it from the first week.
Growth
Neighbouring processes follow: integrations, analytics, mobile access — as the need appears.
What we assemble from
Blocks that already run for clients

A request with statuses
Creating an order, its lines, deadlines and owners. The status changes by rules, not by an agreement in a chat.
A route through responsible people
An order or request travels a chain of confirmations — down to each line being approved by its own department.
Deals and history
Contacts, enquiries, repeat visits and what the client ordered before — instead of a manager’s notebook.
Printable forms
Invoices, work orders and summaries are generated from the order data: no retyping numbers into a template.
A message instead of a reminder
A new order, a change, an overdue item — the alert reaches the responsible person in your work messenger.
Roles and visibility scopes
A manager sees their own, a site head their site, the owner everything. The limits are enforced on the server.
What is already built
The same foundation across different industries
Below are panels we built and took into real operation. Clients are named by industry: specific names only with their agreement.
| Industry | What hurt | What we assembled | Result |
|---|---|---|---|
| Catering | Orders in chats, documents by hand | An order panel with per-station approval and auto-generated documents | Running |
| Services and salons | Booking only by phone | Online booking with specialist schedules and reminders | Running |
| Partner network | Partners outside the system | A partner portal: requests, statuses, settlements | Running |
| Retail and food | Catering orders through a manager | A storefront with a basket, payment and hand-off into production | Running |
One foundation, different rules
Order, approval, document and notification work the same way in any industry. What differs is what gets approved and by which rules.
We do not start from scratch
Ready blocks save more than money — they save risk, because they have already survived real operation elsewhere.
The panel grows with the business
A new process is added as another section, not as a second system standing next to the first.
Where to start
The three starting points people usually pick
A panel does not have to cover everything at once. Most start with the single process that gets in the way the most.
Operations and orders
For companies with a complex internal process: an order passes through several departments and produces documents.
- An order with lines, deadlines and owners
- Approval by station, department or stage
- Automatic printable forms and summaries
- Alerts to the responsible person on every change
Clients and sales
For companies losing enquiries: requests from every channel, client history and a pipeline you can read.
- Requests from the site, messengers and managers
- History of enquiries and repeat purchases
- Tasks and reminders on a deal
- Reporting by channel and by manager
Your own process
If your process resembles none of the usual ones — that is normal. We have done exactly that and assemble a panel around it.
- A portal for partners, contractors or franchisees
- Internal requests and approvals between departments
- Data exchange with accounting and the warehouse
- Mobile access for people who do not work at a desk
Terms
The system stays yours
A panel that runs your operations should not depend on somebody else’s pricing policy. So what we hand over is a working system, not access to a service.
The database is yours
Clients, orders and history are stored on your server. Exporting is not “per plan” — it is any time and in full.
Changes without waiting for a vendor
Rules and forms change to fit your process rather than another platform’s roadmap.
Roles instead of a shared login
Everyone has their own account and scope — a departing employee loses access at once, not after the shared password is changed.
Your server or ours
Deployed inside your infrastructure or on a dedicated server, according to your data retention policy.
Next step
Show us one process and we will build the panel for it
No written specification needed. It is enough to show how the work runs today — in spreadsheets, chats and on paper. The first version grows out of that.
Analysis
We study the current process and find where it loses time and data.
First panel
We assemble it from ready blocks and launch on real orders.
Growth
We add neighbouring processes, integrations and mobile access.
